崗位職責(zé)
1.負(fù)責(zé)境外外賣交易全鏈路產(chǎn)品建設(shè),包含但不限于用戶下單交易流程、交付體驗優(yōu)化、售后客服處理流程和效率等,為用戶交易轉(zhuǎn)化效率、交易體驗負(fù)責(zé);
2.能夠結(jié)構(gòu)化拆解交易流程中體驗問題,分析洞察其原因因,針對原因系統(tǒng)化輸出解決方案,協(xié)同產(chǎn)品等不同角色,通過產(chǎn)品和業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化,持續(xù)提升交易體驗。
3.結(jié)合行業(yè)經(jīng)驗和業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展階段,持續(xù)保障交易系統(tǒng)的前瞻性和合理性,不斷提升面向用戶交易能力的穩(wěn)定性和可拓展性。
崗位基本需求
1.3年以上產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗,邏輯和分析能力強(qiáng),產(chǎn)品基本功扎實,參與負(fù)責(zé)中大型項目拆解、落地、迭代;
2.具備一定的用戶需求洞察能力,能理解和拆解交易過程中關(guān)注要素;
3.善于反思,具備同理心,能夠站在用戶、商戶、運營、行業(yè)等不同視角思考問題,較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和獨立思考能力,具備良好需求提煉和問題處理能力;
4.強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心,優(yōu)秀的跨部門溝通協(xié)調(diào)以及推動能力,良好的團(tuán)隊協(xié)作意識;
5.有強(qiáng)烈的個人成長訴求,責(zé)任心強(qiáng),能夠快速融入團(tuán)隊。
具備以下者優(yōu)先
1.有O2O交易和履約產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
2.國際化產(chǎn)品經(jīng)歷、英文流利者作為工作語言優(yōu)先考慮。
