1.基于Keeta業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展階段,制定平臺治理策略、數(shù)據(jù)分析,產(chǎn)出合理的解決方案
2.撰寫產(chǎn)品PRD并與業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營、研發(fā)、測試等同學(xué)對齊,跟進(jìn)上線
3.具備公共戰(zhàn)略視角和行業(yè)視角,提出創(chuàng)造性的生態(tài)優(yōu)化方案,綜合判斷優(yōu)先級并規(guī)劃推進(jìn)
4.了解大模型,知曉如何應(yīng)用到具體業(yè)務(wù)場景
崗位基本需求
崗位基本要求:
1.本科以上學(xué)歷,5年及以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)電商、O2O等相關(guān)行業(yè)體驗(yàn)運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
2.具備項目管理和跨部門合作能力,能夠主導(dǎo)并高效完成項目的規(guī)劃和執(zhí)行;
3.具備優(yōu)秀的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力,熟練使用數(shù)據(jù)分析工具,能夠從數(shù)據(jù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)痛點(diǎn)并及時提出應(yīng)對策略;
4.行業(yè)視野廣,具有較強(qiáng)的工作投入度及自驅(qū)力;
5.邏輯清晰,較強(qiáng)的溝通能力,善于團(tuán)隊合作,能主動思考和推進(jìn)工作。
6.英語流利能作為工作語言;
