Core Responsibilities主要職責(zé)
1. To plan and organize production schedules and work shifts to ensure most efficient using of resources and costs against agreed stock levels.計(jì)劃和組織生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和班次，根據(jù)庫存水平確保資源和生產(chǎn)有效的使用。
2. To control and implement daily production tasks by following production plan and requirement. 根據(jù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和要求，控制和達(dá)成生產(chǎn)目標(biāo)。
3. To ensure the efficient collaboration and communication with internal teams and HQ teams with regards to production performance improvement .為了生產(chǎn)績效的改善，確保SDT生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)和總部團(tuán)隊(duì)的有效合作和溝通。
4. To ensure that all the production areas are maintained in line with the company’s quality system requirements.確保生產(chǎn)的各個(gè)方面符合公司質(zhì)量體系的要求。
5. To develop and monitor processes for the reduction of production scrap.監(jiān)督和控制生產(chǎn)過程，減少生產(chǎn)中的浪費(fèi)。
6. To be responsible for recruitment, discipline, appraisals and all other personnel issues relating to production team.負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)的招聘、獎(jiǎng)懲、評估以及所有員工相關(guān)問題。
7. To ensure that systems are in place to identify and meet the training requirements of the production team in order to fulfil their responsibilities in the most efficient manner. 確保系統(tǒng)符合性，從而明晰和滿足生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)的培訓(xùn)要求，確保員工能以最有效的方式履行他們的職責(zé)。
8. To set team goals and communicate with all members accordingly.建立團(tuán)隊(duì)員工目標(biāo)并與之溝通。
9. To instruct operators towards proper work procedure and discipline. 指導(dǎo)操作工遵守生產(chǎn)流程和規(guī)章制度。
10. To create and improve relevant SOPs based on operation needs. 根據(jù)需要建立和改善生產(chǎn)流程。
11. To keep continuous improvement of production procedure and increase production efficiency, then get the optimized work flow. 持續(xù)改善生產(chǎn)流程，提高生產(chǎn)效率，實(shí)現(xiàn)工作流程的優(yōu)化。
12. To conduct reviews and generate reports to management regularly on manufacturing activities. 完成定期的生產(chǎn)匯報(bào)工作。
13. To finish other tasks assigned by superior. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù)。

Required Experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Minimum 5 years related working experience in a manufacturing plant with ＞ 3 years operator management experience , preferably from Pharma or Medical Device multi-national company.
至少5以上年的生產(chǎn)工廠的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，大于3年的操作工管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，醫(yī)藥企業(yè)或者醫(yī)療器械跨國公司經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。

Required Qualifications學(xué)歷/資格要求
university graduate with degree in mechanical, electrical or operations management
本科學(xué)歷，要求機(jī)械、電器或者運(yùn)營管理專業(yè)

English Requirements 英語要求
proficiency in both spoken and written English. 英語書寫流暢，口語流利。
