The job responsibilities of an overseas sales project assistant usually include the following aspects:

1. Sales Support

? Assist the overseas sales team in preparing sales materials, such as product introductions, quotations, promotional materials, etc.

? Handle initial customer inquiries and common question answers, collect customer information and promptly feedback to the sales team.

2. Project Coordination

? Follow up on the progress of sales projects, coordinate communication and cooperation among internal departments to ensure projects advance on schedule.

? Assist in resolving problems and challenges during project execution, and report project progress to superiors in a timely manner.

3. Market Research

? Collect and analyze overseas market information, including competitor situations, industry trends, etc., to provide support for sales strategy formulation.

? Assist in formulating marketing promotion plans and participate in the planning and execution of marketing activities.

4. Document Management

? Be responsible for the collation, filing and management of relevant documents such as sales contracts and orders.

? Maintain the customer database to ensure the accuracy and timely update of customer information.

5. Communication and Coordination

? Maintain good communication with overseas customers, promptly reply to emails and handle customer needs.

? Assist in organizing and arranging meetings and conference calls with overseas customers.

6. Administrative Support

? Arrange business trips for the sales team, including flight ticket reservations and hotel arrangements.

7. Data Analysis

Position Requirements:
Graduated from a university with a bachelor's degree or above. Mexican nationality. Proficient in Spanish and English, familiar with Chinese. Have good communication and coordination skills.
