Evaluate customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services respond to more complex customer enquiries

Coordinate the technical support between customers and the technical department. Commissioning, installation, training even troubleshooting on site when needed

Research, identify and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and build the business relationship
起草技術(shù)服務流程和翻譯技術(shù)文件
Prepare, organize and execute training programs for the distributors
準備、組織和實施對經(jīng)銷商的培訓

BA in Engineering / Mechanical and Electrical background, integration of Mechanics and Electrics is preferable is preferable

本科及以上學歷;機械或電氣專業(yè);同時有機械和電氣背景的優(yōu)先考慮
Minimum 3 years technical after sales support experience with proven track record within the industrial environment , experience from the laundry or hotel industry is an advantage.
三年以上售后技術(shù)支持的而經(jīng)驗;有與洗衣房,酒店相關工作經(jīng)歷的將優(yōu)先考慮
Integrity, royalty, responsible and professional attitudes
正直、誠實、有責任感并且有良好的職業(yè)操守
Comfortable at intensive travel schedule. (Travel time will be up to 70% of the working hours)
能夠適應頻繁的出差 (出差占工作時間的70%)
Advance English skills in both writing and spoken. Average computer skills and familiar with MS Office, good AutoCAD skills
熟練的英語口語和書寫能力;計算機水平中等;熟悉MS Office的使用;熟練的使用CAD
Able to work under pressure and fulfill task on time
