**Job Requirements:**
1. A background from Western countries is required.
2. Prior experience as a principal in an international school in China, especially one encompassing primary, middle, and high school sections.
3. At least five years of working experience in China with substantial expertise in international school management.
4. A strong track record in prestigious international schools, particularly those with high university acceptance rates; experience with Oxbridge admissions is a plus.
5. Career progression from a frontline teaching role, with extensive experience in both teaching and administration.
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to drive collective progress.
7. Chinese language proficiency is not required; the school will provide necessary Chinese training support.
