Siemens Global Business Services(GBS) is engaged in providing innovative, designed, improved and efficient services in Accounting & Finance, Human Resource and Supply Chain Management areas. In shared service market, we have rich and professional technical background. We can provide high quality tailor-made value added services to our customers. Our services also cover E2E digital solutions and other professional services. Currently we have more than 480 employees, mainly located in Beijing, Shanghai and Suzhou, serving around 110 customers. GBS is not only a service provider, but also customers’ partner of choice.
You’ll make an impact by
Respond to requests from customers and users via phone, chat, or email.
Diagnose procurement process and application usage issues.
Advise customers and users on appropriate actions.
Support other functional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Digital project support
Report preparation
Your defining qualities
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, IT, or other equivalent technical disciplines.
2-3 years of working experience in customer service.
Knowledge / Experience in the procurement process.
Strong sense of responsibility; all-right ability to work under pressure; and good communication skills. Good time management skill.
Qualified organizing ability is highly preferred.
Good English in oral and written is preferred.
Project management experience is preferred.
