Mission of Function?
A PCB design engineer has a plain understanding of the development know-how, processes, tools needed in their department. He/ She is solving development tasks assigned to them with support of Sr./Key PCB design engineer in the desired quality and according to the agreed upon deadline.

What are my responsibilities?
? Using CR8000 DF or other ECAD design tool, placement and layout to meet function, EMC, DFM/DFT/DFA etc according to PCB design process activity for control board/power board/high speed board，know-how PCB technology
? 使用CR8000 DF 設計工具或者使用其他ECAD 設計工具設計控制板、電源板 、高速板 ，根據PCB設計流程布局和布線滿足功能， 滿足電磁兼容，考慮可生產制造/可測試/可自動化生產, 了解PCB生產工藝。
? Timely completed assigned task with Quality by line manager or senior PCB design engineer.
? 及時及高質量的完成布置任務。
? Work package effort estimation
? 具有評估工作包的能力
? Organize layout review meeting
? 組織PCB 設計評審會議
? Generate Gerber data/ screen stencil /production data for SMD placement and DFT data, 3D JT file for conflict check
? 產生光繪數據/網板數據/SMD 貼片數據，生產測試數據，3D JT 文件 用于沖突檢查。
? Answer PCB supplier’s EQ timely
? 及時回答PCB 供應商的工程問題。
? Finish assigned task timely with quality (error -free)
? 及時高質量的完成布置的任務
? Follow Siemens related rules/Regulations EHS/information Security /5S /Standard (Such as ISO9001/ISO4001/ISO45001)/China laws and regulation
? 遵守西門子的相關規(guī)則/環(huán)境健康安全/信息安全/5S/標準（ISO9001/ISO4001/ISO45001）中國的法律法規(guī)。
? Other assignments arranged by line manager according to business needs timely
? 根據業(yè)務需求及時完成領導的安排其他任務。

What do I need to qualify for this job?
? Education (Bachelor of engineering/Science or above)
? 理工科學士或以上
? Working Experience (more than 2 years)
? 2年以上工作經驗
? Good collaboration with all interfaces (HW engineer/Mechanical engineer/DFM engineer/DFT engineer/Purchaser)
? 良好的合作能力
? Good communication skills
? 良好的溝通能力
? Good learning ability
? 良好的學習能力
? Full of passion, work carefully and with strong responsibility.
? 具有激情, 工作細心,責任心強
? Good at English both in spoken and written
