Work with external supplier for problem solving and deal with internal issues.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
(Note: what responsibility and authority this position performs in organization, especially responsibility affect product quality should be identified.)
1. Be the local point for supplier related quality issues and mostly focus on the export business to other Nexteer counties.
2. Cooperate with plant SQ and PQE for supplier quality issues.
3. Maintain and check Intelex system for APQP, PPAP record to ensure the material in system is consistent with Nexteer requirements.
4. Assist SQM for the regular report and documentation preparation.
5. Other assigned working, such as annual PPAP, SSCR handling

SKILLS AND ABILITIES/QUALIFICATION
1. Basic analytical ability to assess and resolve quality problems with 3L5W, 8D problem solving tools, etc.
2. Oral and written English is mandatory.
3. Knowledge of PPAP/APQP
4. Excellent PPT and excel skills
5. Ability to work under the guidance and creatively
6. Previous experience working with suppliers a plus

Experience:
1. 2-3 years of quality or manufacture management experience (required), automobile industry experience a plus.
1.2-3年質(zhì)量或制造管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)（要求），汽車行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
