職位描述

固定資產(chǎn)會(huì)計(jì)全英面試SAP
Main Tasks
? Provide assistance to the project accounting tasks including preparation and attendance of project kick-off meeting and asset capitalization meeting, liaise finance requirements on WBS (work breakdown structure) setup with project team, definition of asset class, review project cost allocation rule and perform asset capitalization etc.
? Support to ensure project accounting deliverables are delivered timely and with good quality.
? Work closely with and assist to provide technical/functional inputs or suggestions to stakeholders e.g., Project Controlling, Engineers, Business Units and respective Functions in relation to project accounting and fixed assets management topics.
? Involve in interactions with Corporate Units, ODs and GB Service Units to execute with smooth operations and fulfillments of project accounting and fixed asset management.
? Ensure compliance with the relevant BASF Group Reporting guidelines and local requirements on project accounting and reporting.
? Coordinate the timely and complete updates of relevant process documentations, prepare and communicate discussion alignments with the stakeholders and internal guidance etc.
? Collaborate and support for identification / recommendation for process improvement of project accounting and fixed asset management.
? Assist in projects/initiatives implementation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the project accounting & fixed asset management work areas.
? Comply with relevant safety responsibilities by following the company's EHS policy and requirements
? Complete other / ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor.
