職位描述

QC

1、對(duì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的全線質(zhì)量管理實(shí)施跟進(jìn)與監(jiān)控

2、 按公司產(chǎn)品技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、工藝要求、客戶要求，負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的前、中、后各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的抽檢工作，做好檢查記錄，防止錯(cuò)檢、漏檢，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品中出現(xiàn)的不良品并打上標(biāo)記，防止不良產(chǎn)品、不合格產(chǎn)品混入合格產(chǎn)品而埋下質(zhì)量隱患

3、對(duì)已經(jīng)檢驗(yàn)的在制產(chǎn)品實(shí)施抽查組檢工作，監(jiān)督組檢的工作質(zhì)量

4、檢查和發(fā)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的各種服裝質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，并提出改善意見(jiàn)，決定是否流入下道工序；通知相關(guān)人員實(shí)施改善，或及時(shí)反饋到公司，杜絕批量返工

5、對(duì)不良產(chǎn)品及時(shí)督促相關(guān)人員返工，并做返修記錄；所有返修產(chǎn)品必須經(jīng)過(guò)復(fù)查后送后道，并經(jīng)最終檢驗(yàn)

6、驗(yàn)收時(shí)嚴(yán)格審核程序，經(jīng)總檢合格后方可裝箱，杜絕不良產(chǎn)品裝箱出庫(kù)，并做好驗(yàn)收記錄

7、月末對(duì)QC質(zhì)檢情況、不良產(chǎn)品返修數(shù)量、耗費(fèi)情況進(jìn)行匯總，送公司備案
