Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the service design works:
? 帶領(lǐng)并組織新產(chǎn)品和后市場上市產(chǎn)品的維修手冊的編寫,包括相關(guān)手冊的發(fā)布和設(shè)計更改流程。維修手的的負責(zé)人。
? 定義維修備件并完成新備件的設(shè)置以相關(guān)流程的完成
? 在項目中參與service design的工作,與設(shè)計團隊對產(chǎn)品,子系統(tǒng),零部件的可維修性評估和改善
? Service 服務(wù)相關(guān)的文檔的攥寫,例如service note,電子checklist等
? 收集后市場問題反饋,分析問題,支持前線服務(wù)工程師解決疑難故障。
Educational Profile:
? Bachelor degree or above on electrical/mechanical/computer/automation engineering or related engineering.
? Good skill at English reading, written & spoken
Experience Profile:
? 3 years above working experience
? Familiar with Microsoft Office application, like Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc
? 技術(shù)文檔編寫經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先,熟悉PDF,framemaker,SIMS平臺等經(jīng)驗
? 對現(xiàn)場設(shè)備維修和服務(wù)的經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
? 醫(yī)療設(shè)備相關(guān)工作優(yōu)先.
