必須了解和熟悉酒店各個(gè)部門的業(yè)務(wù)情況,鉆研酒店宣傳美術(shù)廣告業(yè)務(wù)，不斷提高自己繪畫水平、攝影水平、設(shè)計(jì)水平和藝術(shù)素質(zhì)。

負(fù)責(zé)酒店廣告設(shè)計(jì)，繪制，宣傳資料的積累及編輯工作。

負(fù)責(zé)入住酒店的VIP客人的攝影和歡迎牌的設(shè)計(jì)制作工作。

負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)部門推廣所需的美術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)制作。

負(fù)責(zé)節(jié)日，紀(jì)念活動(dòng)和慶?；顒?dòng)的場所不知美化工作。

負(fù)責(zé)酒店的服務(wù)指南、酒店簡介、廣告畫面、菜譜、請柬、明信片、酒店畫冊、紀(jì)念品、圣誕卡、信封信紙的制作及印刷。

負(fù)責(zé)檢查酒店所有指示牌，廣告牌，標(biāo)語牌的完好，對已舊，已壞的及時(shí)更新更換。

掌握國內(nèi)外相關(guān)信息，做好資料收集，整理，分析和儲(chǔ)備工作，保證設(shè)計(jì)的合理性和創(chuàng)新性。

Know well about the character of travel markets and the character of hotel products.

Have more than two years work experiences, know well about how to make art publicize product.

Posses the ability of design big art product dependently.

Posses strong imagination and innovation abilities.

Must to know well about the business activity of each department in hotel, study intensively about the hotel advertising art advertisement business activity, and increase the drawing level, photography level, design level and art quality continually.

Responsible for the accumulation and edition task of advertisement design, protract and advertising data.

Responsible for the design and make task about photography and welcome card of VIP customer in hotel.

Responsible for the art design of related department；

Responsible for decorate the site of festival day, commemoration and celebration campaign.

Responsible for make and print about the service guide, hotel brief introduction, advertisement photography, menu, invitation card, post card, hotel picture album, memento, Christmas card and envelope.

Responsible for check if all of indicator card, advertisement card and slogan card are in good condition, and renovate and change the used and damaged one in time

Know well about the related information of national and abroad. Do well the job about the information collecting, in ordering, analysis and safekeeping, ensure the design reasonable and innovative.

Keep well and save every kind of art tools, materials and keep the art site neatly.
