Main Responsibilities主要職責(zé)：
1.Provision of leadership,guidance and direction in
Quality.(Drive Quality to all levels of the Plant)
2.Keep abreast with all developments,initiatives and
Best Practice applications in the field of Quality for
potential application within the Company
3.Develop and implement both short term and long
term objectives,policies,plans and processes
4.Establish plans and monitor progress in Quality
throughout the Plant
5.Ensure that mechanisms are in place for the
effective interface of both internal production,
suppliers and customers and the review of qualitassurance,quality control and certification
6.Implement a process whereby a continuing program
of review and analysis to audit the quality and
reliability result
7.Provide training for QC Engineers,Inspectors and
Technicians
8.Ensure within the Plant that effective resources are
in place to pro-actively and professionally drive
Quality.
9.Schedule QC coverage to the production schedule.
10.Maintain the QM System consistent with
1SO/1ATF16949.
11.Ensure third party certification for ISO/IATF16949.
12.Establish good rapport with all departmental heads
and management and keep informed of both status
and needs
13."Hands on involvement"of inspecting,analysing
and testing products as required
14.Enhance and maintain effective quality inspeprocesses,including establishment of forms,tes
and checking procedures
15. As part of the Senior Management Team gain a
strong appreciation of all facets of the operation and
contribute to its overall effectiveness
16. Stop production when quality is unacceptable.
17. Oversee the completion of 8D reports.
18. Ensure that regular reports are forthcoming,
analyse and evaluate , take action where applicable
19. Implement special quality projects for the Plant
based on increased effhciency (eg Traceability)
20. Responsible for ensuring the calibration of gauge
and equipment.
21. Review and update and Control Plans with the
teams as required.
22. Drive internal IATF16949 Departmental Audits.
23. Liase with senior Quality management in other
Plants
24. Identify and satisfy training needs within the Pant
in Quality
25. Support new project launches by providing
O0
resources for the PPAP and APQP Team.
26. Complete other work arranged by direct leader
Qualifncation 任職資格:
1. Proven and successful track record working in a
similar role within the Automotive Supply Industry, at
least 3 years as quality manager
2. Strong problem solving skills and statistical
analysis.
3. Fluency in speaking, understanding, writing and
reading English
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Proven experience in working effectively within a
“Western” multi-national organisation
6. Tertiary qualifted either with an Engineering Degree
or formal Quality accreditation.
