職位描述

輕奢女裝服飾成衣管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)銷售管理人員管理
1.通過卓越的客戶服務(wù),專業(yè)的銷售管理和有效的員工管理,使店鋪正常地運(yùn)營(yíng);
2.在日常的店鋪運(yùn)營(yíng)上,通過創(chuàng)造和利用各種資源有效地提高銷售額;
3.在公司政策下協(xié)助員工入職,技能培訓(xùn),評(píng)估能力,明確職責(zé)及嚴(yán)肅紀(jì)律,以確保店鋪人員架構(gòu)的完整以及銷售目標(biāo)的達(dá)成;
4.能掌握公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的產(chǎn)品流行趨勢(shì)及知識(shí),并以此提供顧客詳細(xì)的、專業(yè)的選購建議,積極完成公司銷售業(yè)績(jī)目標(biāo);
5.堅(jiān)持高效的,友好的客戶服務(wù)質(zhì)量;監(jiān)督員工表現(xiàn),確保維持良好的客戶服務(wù);
6.實(shí)施和遵循正確的陳列指引維護(hù)品牌形象,通過展示來提高銷售量;
7.監(jiān)督并呈報(bào)所有的店鋪運(yùn)營(yíng)操作包括小票,日常報(bào)表,銀行報(bào)表以及銷售報(bào)表;
8.執(zhí)行上級(jí)交辦的其他事宜。

職位要求:
1.年齡28-40歲
2.3年相關(guān)零售店鋪營(yíng)運(yùn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),有國(guó)內(nèi)外時(shí)裝品牌銷售及管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者尤佳
3.善于學(xué)習(xí),熱愛時(shí)尚,熟悉并喜愛使用自媒體平臺(tái)者尤佳,對(duì)公域或私域KOS運(yùn)作轉(zhuǎn)化有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和認(rèn)知
4.具有良好的溝通能力,善于管理團(tuán)隊(duì),具有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)組織和協(xié)調(diào)能力
5.高度責(zé)任心,具有較好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
