Tasks:
-Responsible for coordinating budget/logistics premise for project. Manage and track logistics budget, including the payment and bill inspection.
Responsible for confirming and providing necessary logistics conditions for all projects.
-Responsible for test vehicle transportation, include international and domestic transportation service for whole R&D test cars. Communicate with supplier and overseas colleagues about project plan. Prepare all logistics documents for transportation and customs clearance. Provide on-site supervision and support during transportation.
-Responsible for external warehouse management.
-Responsible for test vehicle scrapping. Prepare relevant documents for test vehicle scrapping, provide on-site supervision and support during scrapping and vehicle transfer.
-Responsible for setting and improving relevant process, such as transportation, warehouse management.
-Responsible for finding and selecting suitable suppliers for corresponding logistics service through open bidding process. Prepare relevant documents for open bidding. Manage and evaluate different suppliers during daily work.
-Responsible for providing necessity support for IT System development.
-Responsible for evaluating and planning budget, working hours, workloads HC,.etc. Reporting project and work status to Manager, solving problems.
-Develop a personnel capability improvement plan and strive for corresponding training resources to continuously improve the capabilities of the personnel in the group to meet the needs of business development.

Qualification and skills required：
-Bachelor degree or above with international trade, supply chain management, logistics major
-At least 3years work experience in supply chain management or international trade areas, preferably in the field of dangerous goods or vehicles.
-1. Transport of project or project management background.
2.Necessary knowledge of International Trade and Customs Policy, familiar with transportation. Familiar with international transportation process, dangerous cargo transportation regulations.
3. Familiar with supply chain management process, and warehouse management
4. Good communication skills, teamwork skills
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
6. Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, written & spoken; (German is a plus)
