崗位職責(zé) Job qualification

1. Responsible for the management of logistics負(fù)責(zé)管理全園后勤工作；

2. Logistics work plan and summary后勤工作計(jì)劃與總結(jié)；

3. System construction and implementation制度建設(shè)和實(shí)施；

4. Training and management of logistics team后勤隊(duì)伍的培訓(xùn)與管理工作；

5. Property management and inventory財(cái)產(chǎn)管理與盤查；

6. To be responsible for the improvement and beautification of the building environment負(fù)責(zé)全園園舍建設(shè)、環(huán)境的改善和美化等工作；

7. Responsible for the audit of the whole school departments to report the purchase of articles and appliances plan, do a good job in the monthly purchase plan, audit the purchase of goods account, pay attention to saving, eliminate waste負(fù)責(zé)審核全園各部門上報(bào)添置物品、用具的計(jì)劃，做好全園每月購置計(jì)劃，審核采購物品帳目，注意節(jié)約，杜絕浪費(fèi)；

8. To inspect and supervise the implementation of public health work plans and summaries檢查、監(jiān)督公共衛(wèi)生工作計(jì)劃和總結(jié)的落實(shí)、完成情況；

9. Responsible for the security, fire and anti-theft work of the whole garden, regularly check the safety of large toys, electrical appliances, water, electricity and gas, and timely repair if any problems are found負(fù)責(zé)全園的安全保衛(wèi)、防火防盜工作，定期檢查大型玩具、電器、水、電煤氣的使用安全，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)維修。

Knowledge and skills任職要求

1. Age under 45歲以下；

2. College degree or above大專以上學(xué)歷；

3. Professional knowledge: preschool education, developmental psychology, business management and other related majors專業(yè)知識(shí)：學(xué)前教育、發(fā)展心理學(xué)、企業(yè)管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)；

4. Work experience: more than 3 years of logistics management experience in international kindergartens工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：3年以上國(guó)際幼兒園后勤管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

5. Ability requirements: love early childhood education, familiar with kindergarten logistics, and understand the characteristics of children's physical development, honest, dedicated and responsible, with good pioneering and innovative spirit and teamwork spirit; Good organization, coordination and management ability能力要求：熱愛幼兒教育事業(yè)，熟悉幼兒園后勤工作，并了解幼兒生理發(fā)育特點(diǎn)，誠實(shí)敬業(yè)、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，具有良好的開拓創(chuàng)新精神和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；具備良好的組織、協(xié)調(diào)、管理能力；

6. Good command of written and spoken English is preferred. At least 3-5 years working experience in international kindergartens.寫英語能力良好者優(yōu)先。 至少3-5年國(guó)際園工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
