主要工作內(nèi)容和職責 / MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop the new business and take care existed business in the designated area.
2. Achieve the sales targets including sales revenue and profit growth.
3. Fulfill other assigned concerning works.
4. Review the customers with commercial situation on a regular basis and propose corrective solutions.
5. Update customer and market information to the management.
6. Ensure good communication within the organization and with other business units.
7. Provide sales reports accurate and on time delivered to the regional sales manager
8. Ad-Hoc tasks signed by supervisors.
個性特征和能力要求 / SPECIFIC PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS OR COMPETENCIES
技能 / Skills
1. Electrical and mechanical majority is preferred;
2. Good communication skill and manner
3. CET4 or above;
4. Good written and verbal communication skill in English;
5. Office software;
6. Fluid mechanic major will be a plus
能力 / Abilities
1. Willingness to make business travel
2. Able to work under pressure;
3. Willing to learn and share;
4. Good team spirit;
工作經(jīng)驗 / WORK EXPERIENCE
1. With 1 years industrial products sales experience, and technical education background;
2. Knowledge of the application of vacuum, fluid, medical, inkjet, process etc. will be plus;
3. OEM sales experience in tubes,connectors, valves, needles, sheath-flow cuvette will be a plus.
