Job summary and purpose ? Achieve sales targets by retaining exisiting business partners as well as developing new ones ? Drive customer satisfaction and business growth by collecting and providing market trends, customer insights, and ideas for continious improvements
Key responsibilities/What you do ? Manage day-to-day business routines/requests from existing clients succesfully. E.g. business review meetings, performance reports, invoice details etc. ? Actively explore upsell and new business opportunities through various channels ? Manage business tenders effectively, including document prepartation, communications, negotiation and presentation, and to build a concrete proposal at competive cost ? Build trust with key decision makers of business partners enabling long-term success ? Oversee the negotiation & conclusion of business contracts through appropriate propositions, effective communications and negotiations with internal functions and external clients ? Work closely with various functions (e.g. underwriting, operations, Finance) to ensure the agreed targets are met ? Record and report sales activities in Salesforce system timely and accuratly ? Attend training and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
Key requirements/What you bring ? 3 years or above work experience in Sales with proven success ? Work experience in insurers, brokers, OEMs, Banks or Travel preferred ? Strong at client engagement and new business development ? High level of resillence, able to manage obstlcles and challenges ? Great sales skill, presentation skill, social skill, articulate, presentable ? Understand project manaement basics and have basic IT knowledge prefered ? A quick learner, able to study and master various business lines quickly ? Able to work with English (basic English skills)
