職位描述

JOB PURPOSE (Include Annex 1) 工作職責(zé):

1. Based in Kazakhstan

常駐哈薩克斯坦;

2. Fully grasp main products knowledge, familiar with the industry competition situation, discover the real needs of customers;

充分掌握公司主要產(chǎn)品知識(shí),熟悉行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì),挖掘客戶(hù)真實(shí)需求;

3. Careful maintenance of existing customers and businesses in Central Asia, especially key account management. Handle customer complaint, achieve healthy and stable business growth in Central Asia.

精心維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶(hù)和業(yè)務(wù),尤其注重大客戶(hù)管理;處理客戶(hù)投訴,實(shí)現(xiàn)中亞業(yè)務(wù)健康穩(wěn)定增長(zhǎng)。

4. Constantly Expand existing customers to purchase new products (NPI) and increase supply share.

持續(xù)增加現(xiàn)有客戶(hù)采購(gòu)新的產(chǎn)品(新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入)和提高同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品的供應(yīng)份額;

5. Actively develop new customers in Central Asia, introduce products and train users, participate in project bidding, conduct product trials, and provide product test comparison reports.

積極開(kāi)發(fā)中亞地區(qū)新客戶(hù),介紹產(chǎn)品和培訓(xùn)用戶(hù),參與項(xiàng)目投標(biāo),產(chǎn)品試用,提供測(cè)試對(duì)比報(bào)告;

6. Dynamically manage accounts receivable for contract and purchase orders, collect AR in advance and urge overdue arrearages; Also, assist bank to settle foreign exchange and get export tax rebates;

動(dòng)態(tài)管理合同訂單的應(yīng)收賬款,需要提前收款,催收逾期欠款;并協(xié)助銀行結(jié)匯和出口退稅;

7. Flexibly use industry exhibitions, industry associations, distributors, new media and other channels for brand and product promotion for rapid market penetration.

靈活運(yùn)用行業(yè)展會(huì)、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商、新媒體等各種渠道推廣品牌和產(chǎn)品,以快速滲透市場(chǎng);

8. Regularly submit sales report, customer visit report, product market share research report, customer satisfaction survey report, etc.

定期提交銷(xiāo)售報(bào)表、客戶(hù)拜訪(fǎng)報(bào)告、產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)占有率調(diào)研報(bào)告、客戶(hù)滿(mǎn)意度調(diào)查報(bào)告等;

9. Important exhibition booking, layout, participation, withdrawal, effective customer info collection, customer demand feedback and tracking.

重要展會(huì)的預(yù)定、布置、參展、撤展、有效客戶(hù)信息收集整理、客戶(hù)需求反饋與跟蹤;

10. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交給的其他工作任務(wù)。


BASIC QUALIFICATION (Include Annex 2) 基本資格:

1. Bachelor Degree大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷;

2. Preferred major in mining machinery, or expand to mechanical and materials engineering majors.

優(yōu)先礦業(yè)機(jī)械專(zhuān)業(yè),可以擴(kuò)展到機(jī)械和材料工程等相關(guān)工科專(zhuān)業(yè)。

3. China's ethnic minority: Russian or Kazakh.
中國(guó)少數(shù)民族:俄羅斯族或哈薩克族;

4. High proficiency in written and verbal Russian & Chinese.
熟練掌握俄語(yǔ)和中文的聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)譯技能;

5. Unlimited work experience, preferred mineral beneficiation industry.

工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)不限,優(yōu)先選礦行業(yè);

6. Hold a valid driving license. 持有效的汽車(chē)駕照;

7. Accept frequent business travel. 接受頻繁的工作出差;
