? Develop and implement quality control methodologies and processes to ensure product quality for suppliers and local manufacturing in workshop. ? Provide drawings translation from HQ to suppliers on all technical and inspection requirements for quote; review and approve drawings from suppliers for sampling and production. ? Communicate with external suppliers and internal HQ & workshop as the technical face to make sure tech specs such as drawings & technical requirements are fully understood. ? Align with suppliers on localized product manufacturing process and quality control points, implement quality inspections on both suppliers’ site and company China manufacturing center. ? Create quality acceptance template for all products to be localized and coach supplier to complete inspection reports for quality review and approval. ? Develop and conduct the entire inspection process in China manufacturing center and complete MDR (Manufacturing Data Report) for CN build equipment. ? Investigate quality issues, dig root causes, develop solutions, and future improvement actions with owners and timelines. ? Issue quality documents based on customer needs. ? Manage measuring tools and regular calibration with 3rd party and maintain records. ? Maintain localization database and make sure all the data are up to date. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support localization with very good teamwork.

Education Requested
Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or similar majors
Skills/Experience Requested
? 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing company as a mechanical engineer/quality engineer/manufacturing engineer. ? Good language skills, both written and spoken in English. ? Stay up to date on industry practices and quality standards. ? Skilled mechanical drawing ability to read, edit and create drawings with software such as CAD. ? Be familiar with measuring tools and other tools for quality check as well. ? Knowledge of mechanical craft, such as welding, machining, fabricating, assembling, etc. And material standards from different countries. ? High quality awareness and sense of responsibility. ?
