職責(zé) Responsibilities：

1. 合理規(guī)劃倉庫的布局，優(yōu)化作業(yè)，實(shí)現(xiàn)空間和時(shí)間效率的最大化。

Warehouse layout design and optimize warehouse operations to achieve space and timing usage maximize.

2. 設(shè)計(jì)、推行及改進(jìn)倉儲(chǔ)管理制度及其作業(yè)流程，并確保其有效實(shí)施。

Design and execute warehouse management SOP, make sure it effective execution.

3. 管理和監(jiān)督倉庫管理及庫存控制，避免庫存積壓和缺貨情況。

Manager and monitor inventory to avoid material shortage and slow-moving materials.

4. 運(yùn)用有效的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)方法，激勵(lì)團(tuán)隊(duì)士氣，提高工作效率，并督導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)按照工作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或要求執(zhí)行工作，確保部門目標(biāo)達(dá)成。

Coach and motivate team’s morale to improve working efficiency with standard working requests to reach target.

5. 安全與5S管理：負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場日常的安全管理和5S管理，確保人員在安全環(huán)境下共工作.

In charge of daily warehouse safety and 5S activities to make sure team works in a safe and clean environment.

6. 根據(jù)公司要求，進(jìn)行倉庫定期盤點(diǎn)及日常出入庫數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)。

In charge of regular warehouse physical inventory and daily materials in and out based on company requests.

7. 推進(jìn)及監(jiān)督執(zhí)行公司ERP系統(tǒng)的日常數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)和輸入，確保公司ERP系統(tǒng)正確運(yùn)行。

In charge of executing company ERP system daily data input to make sure ERP system run smoothly.

職位要求 Requests：

1. 大專以上學(xué)歷，在工廠生產(chǎn)主管職位或類似職位上有至少5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

College education or above. At least 3 years on similar role as warehouse supervisor or manager.

2. 具備較強(qiáng)的計(jì)劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；具備積極的工作態(tài)度，愿意在快速發(fā)展的企業(yè)中工作，并能承受高強(qiáng)度的工作壓力。

With strong planning, organize, coordination and teamwork spirit; High active working attitude, willing working in a rapid growth company and under pressure.

3. 有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和能力及生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場5S管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)

Strong team/people management skill and warehouse 5S execution experience.

4. 有工廠ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)際使用經(jīng)驗(yàn)，以及可熟練使用WORD, EXECLE等辦公軟件

Good at ERP system, and good knowledge at Microsoft office software etc.
