資格與技能要求Qualifications
& Attributes:

? 研究生或以上學(xué)歷，電力電子專業(yè),
本職位只接受電子電力專業(yè)。 Master's
degree or above in Power electronics （Must）.

? 優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和人際交往技巧，能夠有效與客戶建立長期合作關(guān)系。
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
effectively establish long-term partnerships with clients.

? 具備一定的市場洞察力和較強邏輯分析能力，能夠收集客戶需求并提供解決方案。
Possesses market insight and strong logical analysis skills, enabling the
collection of client needs and the provision of solutions. ? 目標導(dǎo)向，具備良好的自我管理能力，和學(xué)習能力。 Goal-oriented with
strong self-management and learning abilities.

? 具備良好的英文聽說讀寫能力。
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skill.

主要職責
Key Responsibility

? 在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、開發(fā)和測試階段，為客戶提供技術(shù)支持。
Provide technical support to customers during product design, development, and
testing.

? 協(xié)助客戶集成瑞薩產(chǎn)品并了解產(chǎn)品規(guī)格。
Assist customers in integrating Renesas products and understanding
specifications.

? 與銷售團隊合作，識別客戶需求并提供技術(shù)解決方案。
Collaborate with sales teams to identify needs and offer technical solutions.

? 進行技術(shù)演示、培訓(xùn)和產(chǎn)品展示。
Conduct technical presentations, training, and demonstrations.

? 作為技術(shù)聯(lián)絡(luò)人，將客戶反饋傳達給內(nèi)部團隊。
Act as a technical liaison, relaying feedback to internal teams.

? 分析和解決客戶應(yīng)用中的問題，與客戶保持良好關(guān)系。
Troubleshoot customer applications and maintain relationships as a trusted
advisor.
