Title: R&D Associate Coordinator
Monthly salary: RMB 8,500-12,000

Job description:
- Daily follow up with factories and trim suppliers on new developments
- Support New York design and PD team for new developments and trims via email
- Twice a month business trip to factories
- Take New York designers on development trips in China independently

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3-5 years’ experience in fashion industry, prefer someone who worked with a US company before
- Fluent in English communication is a must
- Comfortable to work in high-efficiency environment
- Understands garment constructions, and US fashion market trend. Someone with underwear constructions understandings is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office. Basic knowledge of Adobe AI and PS skills would be a plus

崗位職責(zé)：
- 日常跟進(jìn)工廠/供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)度。
- 郵件跟進(jìn)紐約同事開(kāi)發(fā)需求。
- 每月兩次工廠出差，常去汕頭，青島，上海周邊。
- 負(fù)責(zé)紐約設(shè)計(jì)師中國(guó)開(kāi)發(fā)行程安排。

任職要求：
- 本科及以上學(xué)歷。
- 3-5年服裝相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有跟美國(guó)服裝公司合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
- 必須有流利的英文溝通能力。
- 能適應(yīng)高效率，快節(jié)奏的工作環(huán)境
- 了解服裝工藝和美國(guó)流行趨勢(shì)，對(duì)內(nèi)衣工藝了解者優(yōu)先
- 熟練運(yùn)用Microsoft Office，能操作Adobe AI，PS者優(yōu)先
