崗位職責(zé)：

一、 質(zhì)量體系 Quality system

1、Support quality system engineer for various system audits , close of non-conformity finding with the quality system engineer
支持質(zhì)量體系工程師完成各種審核及制定、跟蹤確認(rèn)改善措施的關(guān)閉；

二、 客戶投訴 Customer Concern

1、Responsible for resolution of customer concern use of tooling as 8D /5 Why / Fishbone and document the official report to customer as well as internal team and improvement plan
負(fù)責(zé)運(yùn)用8D報(bào)告/5Why分析/魚(yú)骨圖等質(zhì)量工具解決客戶投訴問(wèn)題，并形成正式的報(bào)告給客戶以及內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì),制定改善計(jì)劃
2、Responsible for the valuation of the corrective actions effectivity and durative.do the quality audit regularly.
負(fù)責(zé)改善措施的有效性和持續(xù)性驗(yàn)證。定期進(jìn)行質(zhì)量審核
3、Responsible for the customer audit due to every customer concern.
負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)應(yīng)針對(duì)各客戶投訴的客戶審核
4、Responsible the disposal of Non-conformity parts in customer site include make rework method, verification rework method accordingly and track with the entire rework status.
負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)客戶處不合格品處理方案的制定、確認(rèn)和進(jìn)展跟蹤

三、 Production Quality Management 生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理

1、質(zhì)量培訓(xùn) Quality Training
Responsible for quality training to all the staffs in work floor as below following PMG requirement:Quality awareness / Non-conformity management / Quality tooling for problem solving as 8D/tPS/5Why/Fishbone/ / My Quality/Quality Basic/Q-Dash/SPC/MSA/Inspection method and so on
根據(jù)公司要求負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量相關(guān)培訓(xùn)如：質(zhì)量意識(shí)/不合格管理/問(wèn)題解決的相關(guān)工具/我的質(zhì)量/質(zhì)量基礎(chǔ)/過(guò)程統(tǒng)計(jì)/測(cè)量系統(tǒng)分析/Q-dash等

2、不合格品管理 Non-conformity management

3、過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制 Process Quality Control
1) Support PE for PFMEA and Control Plan review and improvement, responsible for inspection method and inspection frequency definition and improvement
支持工程評(píng)審和完善PFMEA和控制計(jì)劃，負(fù)責(zé)測(cè)量方法和測(cè)量頻次的定義與完善
2) Responsible for the inspection training and daily audit of the inspection effectivity and durative
負(fù)責(zé)測(cè)量培訓(xùn)并日常檢查測(cè)量有效性與持續(xù)性
3) Support for the ECR flow. Participate in the valuation of ECR as well as new machine set up.Responsible for the application and PPAP to customer of ECR if necessary.
支持工程變更流程，并參與工程變更的評(píng)估，包括新設(shè)備的引進(jìn)必要時(shí)，負(fù)責(zé)向客戶提交申請(qǐng)和工程變更的PPAP資料

4、生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量改善 Production Quality Improvement
1) Focus on the reduction of NQC/Internal PPM/Non-standard inspection （rework/100% inspection）
致力于不良質(zhì)量成本/內(nèi)部PPM/非標(biāo)檢測(cè)的降低（返工/全檢）
2) Support for the analysis of the quality records and inspection data in Q-Dash for quality improvement
支持對(duì)Q-Dash中測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)和質(zhì)量記錄的分析以提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量

3) Focus on the definition and improvement of parts valuation standard as well as visual standard following the customer requirement
根據(jù)客戶要求，致力于定義和改善產(chǎn)品評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，包括外觀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

四、 APQP of new project 新品項(xiàng)目管理

1) Participate in new project feasibility study
參與新品的可行性分析
2) Responsible for the definition of the inspection method ,design of special gauge.Support for MSA.
負(fù)責(zé)新品測(cè)量方法的定義,專用檢具的設(shè)計(jì)。支持測(cè)量系統(tǒng)分析
3) Responsible for the full dimension report
負(fù)責(zé)全尺寸報(bào)告。
4) Participate in review of PFMEA and control plan.,submission of PPAP documents,, especially for PSW.
參與PFMEA和控制計(jì)劃的評(píng)審,提交PPAP資料 ,尤其對(duì)PSW負(fù)責(zé)。

五、 Quality Department Work 質(zhì)量部門(mén)工作

1) Focus on achieving and improvement of quality KPI ;
致力于質(zhì)量KPI的完成和改善；
2) Responsible for quality monthly report and weekly report to direct manager and matrix manager and share with internal team
負(fù)責(zé)完成質(zhì)量月報(bào)和周報(bào)，向直接經(jīng)理和矩陣經(jīng)理匯報(bào)，并分享至內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)；
3) Focus on achieving the budget of quality CIMs and CIP
致力于質(zhì)量的成本降低和持續(xù)改進(jìn)計(jì)劃的達(dá)標(biāo)

六、 Other其他

Follow the requirement and finish the task arranged by manager.
完成并執(zhí)行經(jīng)理安排的任務(wù)或要求。

崗位要求：

1) More than 3 years working experience in quality engineer
3年以上質(zhì)量工程師工作經(jīng)驗(yàn).
2) Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, etc tools
熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA等工具
3) Knowledge of machining, heat treatment, powder metallurgy
機(jī)加工，熱處理知識(shí)，粉末冶金一般知識(shí)培訓(xùn).
4) Good at English speaking, writing, and listening if No PM/Material working experience
非粉末冶金/材料專業(yè)者需要必備的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)寫(xiě)技能
5) Drawing skill: CAD/UG or others drawing skills is necessary
CAD/UG 或者其他必備繪圖技能
6) Good communication skills
良好的溝通能力.
7) Honesty, good professional dedication
誠(chéng)實(shí)可信,良好的敬業(yè)精神
