崗位職責(zé):

1. Responsible to develop cell and improve cell safety.
2. Responsible to breakdown requirements from Battery system level to cell level.
3. Coordinate cell development with Spotlight, GWM and BMW.
4. Analyze cell-related field issues, organize technical meetings, steer and verify solutions.
5. Steer the supplier during development and test phase and challenge the technical content.
6. Transfer the lessons learned in terms of safety improvement for technical optimization.
7. Support the localization of new sub-materials for test and validation.

3.與光束、長城和BMW協(xié)調(diào)電芯開發(fā)。
4.分析與電芯相關(guān)的問題，組織技術(shù)會(huì)議，引導(dǎo)和驗(yàn)證解決方案。
5.在開發(fā)和測(cè)試階段指導(dǎo)供應(yīng)商，并對(duì)技術(shù)內(nèi)容提出質(zhì)疑。
6.將安全改進(jìn)方面學(xué)到的教訓(xùn)轉(zhuǎn)化為技術(shù)優(yōu)化。
7.支持新子材料的本地化測(cè)試和驗(yàn)證。

1. Good communication and project management skills, structured working habits, driven to details.
2. Familiar with HV Battery system and experienced in cell development.
3. English as working language.
4. At least 8 years working experience.
