Job Description:
1.According to the company's business needs, assist in formulating the overall recruitment plan for the Western team and implement it;
2.Be responsible for the full process follow-up of the company's overseas positions (junior and intermediate) interview arrangements, timely sort out and optimize the recruitment process, and effectively manage recruitment channels;
3.Keep abreast of the job requirements of the business department, be responsible for the recruitment, selection, and evaluation of candidates, talent map construction, and efficient delivery to complete recruitment goals;
4.Study the development trends of industry talents, accumulate and maintain talent pool resources in the industry;
5.Participate in special projects such as annual human resources talent inventory, talent evaluation, and informatization.
6.Recruitment-related data collation and analysis support.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in human resources, psychology, education or management related majors;
2. More than three years of experience in recruitment or full-time headhunting, able to independently conduct recruitment selection, interview, recruitment and onboarding follow-up work;
3. Proficient in talent recruitment (channel development, job matching, assessment and identification, etc.), master conventional recruitment skills.
4 .Optimistic and tough, goal-oriented, dedicated and teamwork-oriented.
5. Proficient in English, with IT industry experience such as game and software development preferred.

3、及時(shí)了解業(yè)務(wù)部門崗位需求,負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)部門招聘、甄選、評估候選人,人才地圖構(gòu)建,高效交付完成招聘目標(biāo);
4、研究行業(yè)人才發(fā)展動向,積累及維護(hù)行業(yè)內(nèi)人才庫資源;
5、參與人力年度人才盤點(diǎn)、人才評價(jià)、信息化等專項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目。
6、招聘相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)整理與分析支持。
任職要求:
1、人力資源、心理學(xué)、教育學(xué)或管理相關(guān)專業(yè),本科及以上學(xué)歷;
2、三年以上招聘或?qū)B毇C頭工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),能獨(dú)立進(jìn)行招聘甄選、面試、錄用及入職跟進(jìn)工作;
3、精通人才招聘(渠道開發(fā)、人崗匹配、測評識別等),掌握常規(guī)的招聘技巧。
4、樂觀皮實(shí),目標(biāo)結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,具有敬業(yè)精神及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識。
5、英語熟練,有游戲、軟件開發(fā)等IT行業(yè)優(yōu)先。
