2.有蘋果供應(yīng)鏈質(zhì)量/制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先，有審計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先，需要有項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，需要有人員管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)

3.英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)能進(jìn)行基本交流，英文郵件收發(fā)讀寫能力熟練

※技術(shù)專業(yè)知識(shí)

1.質(zhì)量相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有系統(tǒng)的問(wèn)題解決能力，能夠單獨(dú)解決的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題，專業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理體系，以及8D、CPK、GRR等質(zhì)量工具。

2.專業(yè)的過(guò)程審核或質(zhì)量體系審核，有供應(yīng)商審核經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先 熟悉數(shù)控、數(shù)控、塑料成型等工藝。

3.了解制造工藝過(guò)程中的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)/控制點(diǎn)

1)在線質(zhì)量審核 安排或遵循審核計(jì)劃 質(zhì)量審核：執(zhí)行process/ORT/Cosmetic/Color/Gloss/Dimension/Kappa審核 根據(jù)已發(fā)布的文件或特殊要求，包括但不限于PQP，DFM， SIP、SOP或其他工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

2)問(wèn)題/查找跟進(jìn) 與供應(yīng)商/跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)就所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行溝通/協(xié)商； 在發(fā)生任何關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題時(shí)進(jìn)行升級(jí) 針對(duì)問(wèn)題/發(fā)現(xiàn)，采取有效的根本原因和糾正措施，并在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行 相應(yīng)的驗(yàn)證/驗(yàn)證 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在供應(yīng)商現(xiàn)場(chǎng)解決關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題

3)報(bào)告和系統(tǒng)的方法/解決方案的框架 需要及時(shí)與海外經(jīng)理會(huì)面/提交報(bào)告，以進(jìn)行審計(jì)績(jī)效評(píng)級(jí)， 發(fā)布/查找更新、月度、季度、年度報(bào)告等。

4)支持其他現(xiàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量/安全審核代表

Basic Profile

? ≥ 5 years working, good English reading/writing ability, willing to accept long term travel (≥6

months/Year) and overseas travel (as needed)

? Quality/manufacturing experience from Apple supply chain is preferred, audit experience is

preferred

? Experience in project management is required, experience in people management is

preferred

Technical Expertise

? Strong quality related working experience with systematic problem solving sense, be able to

lead critical issue resolving individually

? Professional at quality management system, and quality tools like 8D, CPK, GRR..

? Professional on process audit or quality system audit, supplier audit experience is preferred

? Familiar with process like CNC, Ano, Plastic molding.

? Know key parameters/control points of manufacturing processes

Soft Skills

? Good communication with cross functional partners including internal, vendor and other

Apple team

? Seeking improvement opportunity, can participate and contribute systemic improvement

activities with team

? Strong data analysis/measurement experience are preferred, have ability to coach/support

other auditor

? Clear and logical reporting, know how to use chart/table to support reporting

Key deliverables will include:

1) In line Quality Audit

? Arrange or follow the audit plan

? Quality Audit: Perform process/ORT/Cosmetic/Color/Gloss/Dimension/Kappa audit by

following released documents or special requirement including but not limit to PQP, DFM,

SIP, SOP, or other industrial standard.

? Audit training to vendor

2) Issue/Finding Follow up

? Communication/negotiation with vendors/cross function team on the issues/findings;

Escalation in case any critical issue happened

? Drive efficient root cause & corrective actions against the issues/findings, perform on site

verification/validation accordingly

? Lead critical issue resolving in vendor site

3) Report & Framework of systematic method/solutions

? Timely meeting/reporting with oversea manager is required, for audit performance rating,

issue/finding updates, Monthly/quarterly/Annual reports etc.
