4.機(jī)械/工業(yè)相關(guān)專業(yè)本科，8年機(jī)械工程和制造相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有OEM工廠現(xiàn)場建設(shè)支持經(jīng)驗(yàn)

5.接受30%-50%的出差頻率，有天線或射頻產(chǎn)品的背景者優(yōu)先。

崗位介紹：

mde為蘋果組件提供端到端制造過程解決方案。制造工藝開發(fā)涵蓋了從設(shè)備、消耗品、工藝參數(shù)、設(shè)置到全面鑒定的所有方面。也負(fù)責(zé)自動(dòng)化開發(fā)、工廠管理和戰(zhàn)略性研發(fā)。利用全面的數(shù)據(jù)分析、原理知識和工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)，mde負(fù)責(zé)推動(dòng)主要的過程決策（包括上述所有方面），以及持續(xù)的產(chǎn)量改進(jìn)。您將管理從開發(fā)階段到大批量生產(chǎn)的多個(gè)項(xiàng)目。

Job Description

The MDEs provide end to end manufacturing process solutions for all Apple components on Apple product. The manufacturing process development covers all aspects from equipment, consumables, process parameters, setups, to full qualification. In addition, the MDEs are also responsible for automation development, factory management, and strategic R&D. Using comprehensive data analysis, first principle knowledge, and engineering experience, the MDEs are responsible to drive major process decision (including all aspects indicated above), as well as continuous yield improvements. As MDE, you will manage multiple programs from development phase to mass production.

? You are responsible to lead your team to deliver a best-in-class process that meets Apple product designs, industrial design requirements with high manufacturing yield and efficiency.

? In development phase, you will manage process development/selections which meets our quality and manufacturing criteria, and drive implementation in our contract manufacturing site to support engineering builds.

? In mass production, you will manage continuous improvement from both process and operation aspect to achieve high yield and manufacturing efficiency.

? You need to be technical oriented and hands-on to drive technical solution forward. Know your process and factory and be accountable of the decision made by you and your team.

Utilize your engineering experience and knowledge to provide guidance to your team on technical solutions, statistical data analysis, and establishing a technical strategy.

? Build and use effective engineering framework to guide your team to drive effective technical path to close.

? Develop your site (contract manufacturer) from all technical, operational and management perspective.

? Provide leadership, cross functionally to enable a successful ramp of your site.

? Work collaboratively with Global Supply Managers to ensure process decision is aligned with supply and commercial team.

? Work collaboratively with Manufacturing Design Quality team to drive yield improvements and solve quality issue (both in house and cross supply chain).

? Bridge and manage communication between US and China. Empower you and your team to influence major decision across all functions and regions.

Key Requirements：

?Hands-on experience and technical knowledge in any of the following areas: Assembly, fixture/automation design, stamping, molding, coating, , etc.

? Other process knowledge in 3C industry is preferred

? 8+ years of relevant mechanical engineering and manufacturing working experience

? Experienced and demonstrated ability to build, lead and manage an engineering/technical team

? Ability to communicate/promote concepts/concerns to large team and influence on decision making

? Good experience of on-site build support and work from OEM factories

? Ability and willingness to work independently with cross functional teams, and travel frequently (mainly in Asia)

? Good written and oral commination skills, fluent in English

? BS/MS in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, PhD in relevant area is a plus, such as in Materials Science, Physics or equivalent

?experience in quality management or process development of mechanical or electronic products/components. Antenna or RF products’ background is preferred.
