③3年以上消費(fèi)電子產(chǎn)品機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，三維CAD建模系統(tǒng)和工作流程，擅長塑料和金屬零件的設(shè)計(jì)，包括材料的選擇。
④熟練以下技術(shù)：DFM、DMF、公差分析技術(shù)、功能尺寸標(biāo)注和幾何公差
⑤熟悉組件模塊設(shè)計(jì)（如連接器，電池，電子產(chǎn)品包裝， PCBA等）
崗位職責(zé)：
1.設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)械的三維模型，并起草所有部件及組裝品的2D文獻(xiàn)
2.構(gòu)建實(shí)體模型以評估功能、可制造性和堅(jiān)固性
3.與運(yùn)營團(tuán)隊(duì)和外部供應(yīng)商合作，開發(fā)制造和組裝的工序及工藝流程
4.分析從實(shí)驗(yàn)室和供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)中獲得的數(shù)據(jù)，為工程提供信息依據(jù)
5.去國內(nèi)零件和組裝供應(yīng)商出差，了解機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)并找出失效原因
Description
? Designing 3D models of mechanisms and drafting 2D documentation of all parts and
assemblies
? Building physical models to evaluate functionality, manufacturability, and robustness
? Collaborating with operations teams and external vendors to develop manufacturing and assembly processes
? Analyzing data generated from lab experiments and vendor builds to inform engineering decisions
? Traveling domestically to piece part and assembly vendors to realize the physical design and finding root cause for failures
Preferred Qualifications
? 3+ years demonstrated ability in mechanical design (preferably consumer electronics
products).
? Experience working with contract manufacturers.
? Demonstrated ability in plastic and metal part design including material selection.
? Experience in Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and Design for Assembly (DFA), statistical tolerance analysis techniques, functional dimensioning, and geometric tolerancing.
? Experience with component modules (connectors, batteries, electronics packaging,
PCBAs).

? Experience working in a collaborative environment with self-motivation to identify and drive resolution on design issues across multiple projects.
? The ability to articulate design issues in quantitative terms both verbally and with

? Experience with 3D CAD modeling systems and workflow.
? Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
? B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering disciplines.
