The drawing and technical document creating and
maintenance for internal and external customers.

負責(zé)內(nèi)部和外部客戶圖紙和技術(shù)文件的制作和維護。

New model product localization (Drawing, BOM,
material localization)

新型產(chǎn)品國產(chǎn)化(圖紙、BOM、材料國產(chǎn)化)

Be responsible for COE and new product
development project management

負責(zé)COE定制及新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目

Product design improvement for VAVE, cost
reduction or process optimization.

為降低成本或優(yōu)化工藝而改進產(chǎn)品設(shè)計。

Building the BOM or material number in ERP
system.

在ERP系統(tǒng)中建立BOM或物料編號。

Provide technical support to cross-function
team (Production, Sourcing, Quality, Testing, Compliance) and the customer or
end user.

為跨職能團隊(生產(chǎn)，采購，質(zhì)量，測試，合規(guī))和客戶或最終用戶提供技術(shù)支持。

Analysis the special request from the customer
and make customization design to meet the customer request.

分析客戶的特殊要求，進行定制化設(shè)計，滿足客戶要求。

Manage the engineering change, request and
deviation process.

管理工程變更、要求和偏差過程。

Lead the mechanical component paint
qualification.

主導(dǎo)機械部件涂料鑒定工作。

Root cause analysis of defects in machine
/component/parts.

機器/部件/零件缺陷的根本原因分析。

Participate in the realization of RBS / Kaizen
activities led by his superiors.

參與上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的RBS /改善活動的實施。

Follow EHS policy and keep workplace clean and
order.

遵守EHS政策，保持工作場所整潔有序。

Other job assigned by direct manager.

上級主管交辦的其他工作。

POSITION
QUALIFICATIONS:

職位要求：

Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering or
similar. 機械工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。

Minimum 3 years working experience in mechanical
manufacturing company. 至少3年機械制造企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗。

Having a better understanding of motors will be preferred. 對電機有較好的了解者優(yōu)先考慮。

Master mechanical design basic theory and technical
expertise knowledge. 掌握機械設(shè)計基本理論和專業(yè)技術(shù)知識。

Good oral and written English level. 良好的英語口語和寫作水平。

Good command of MS office tools and CAD tools (e.g. Creo,
UG or Solidworks) 熟練使用office辦公工具和CAD工具 (如Creo, UG或Solidworks)

Having good experience about FEA analysis on structure,
thermal and vibration will be preferred. 有較好的結(jié)構(gòu)、熱、振動有限元分析經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。

R&D or project management related knowledge is
preferred. 有研發(fā)或項目管理相關(guān)知識優(yōu)先。

Having working experience in motor manufacturing
enterprises will be preferred. 有在電機相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先
