崗位職責(zé)：

Key Accountabilities：

1、負(fù)責(zé)音視頻設(shè)備的操作和維護(hù)：需要確保音響設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行，包括功放、音響、調(diào)音臺(tái)等。需要了解設(shè)備的性能和操作方法，能夠正確地調(diào)整設(shè)備參數(shù)，保證音響效果的質(zhì)量和穩(wěn)定性；

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of audio and video equipment: need to ensure the normal operation of audio equipment, including power amplifier, audio, mixer, etc. It is necessary to understand the performance and operation method of the equipment, and be able to adjust the equipment parameters correctly to ensure the quality and stability of the sound effect;

2、制定設(shè)備的使用和保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃，定期進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)和檢修，確保設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行。對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行登記和管理，記錄設(shè)備的維修和使用情況，管理和跟蹤設(shè)備的狀態(tài)；

Make equipment use and maintenance plan, regular maintenance and overhaul to ensure the normal operation of equipment. Register and manage the equipment, record the maintenance and use of the equipment, manage and track the status of the equipment;

3、定期對(duì)音視頻設(shè)備進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)和維護(hù)，包括清潔、潤(rùn)滑、調(diào)整等，檢查設(shè)備的電氣性能和機(jī)械性能，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和處理設(shè)備故障或隱患，保證設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行；

Regular maintenance and maintenance of audio and video equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, etc., check the electrical and mechanical properties of the equipment, timely detection and treatment of equipment faults or hidden dangers, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;

4、為客戶提供技術(shù)支持，協(xié)助解決音視頻方面的問(wèn)題。進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)，幫助正確地使用和維護(hù)音響設(shè)備；

Provide technical support to customers to help solve audio and video problems. Provide training and guidance to assist in the proper use and maintenance of sound equipment;

5、參與項(xiàng)目實(shí)施：需要參與項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施過(guò)程，根據(jù)項(xiàng)目需求進(jìn)行音響系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和配置。與項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理和其他技術(shù)人員合作，確保項(xiàng)目的順利實(shí)施和交付。

Participate in project implementation: It is necessary to participate in the implementation process of the project, and design and configure the sound system according to the project requirements. Work with project manager and other technical staff to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of the project.

任職要求：

General requirements：

1、專(zhuān)科及以上學(xué)歷，音視頻、舞美、錄音相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)；

College degree or above, major in audio and video, choreography, recording;

2、5年以上大型會(huì)展中心，活動(dòng)搭建經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有大型國(guó)事會(huì)議、活動(dòng)搭建保障經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；

More than 5 years experience in large-scale exhibition center and event construction. Experience in setting up security for large-scale state meetings and events is preferred;

3、熟練使用主流音響設(shè)備，能過(guò)通過(guò)軟件對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行調(diào)試。有扎實(shí)的理論知識(shí)和技術(shù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

Proficient in using mainstream audio equipment, able to debug the system through software. Solid theoretical knowledge and technical work experience;

4、有責(zé)任心，較強(qiáng)的溝通技巧和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，有及時(shí)解決突發(fā)事件的協(xié)調(diào)能力。
