崗位職責(zé)：

1. Development and design of new products and technical improvements to existing products, including changes to drawings and technical documents.

新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)及現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)改進(jìn)，包括圖紙、技術(shù)文件的更改；

2. Participate in the preliminary market analysis of new projects and demonstrate their feasibility.

參與對(duì)新項(xiàng)目的前期市場(chǎng)分析，論證項(xiàng)目的可行性；

3. Responsible for preparing new project plans, task books, calculation sheets, technical documents, and other materials.

負(fù)責(zé)編制新項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃任務(wù)書、計(jì)算書、技術(shù)文件、產(chǎn)品樣本、使用說(shuō)明書等資料；

4. Technical services during product development, trial production, and production processes;

產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、試制、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的技術(shù)服務(wù)；

5. Timely handle technical and quality issues, and carry out the review of
non-conforming products.

及時(shí)處理有關(guān)技術(shù)、質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，做好不合格品的評(píng)審工作。

任職資格:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Fluid Machinery or related fields.

本科及以上學(xué)歷，流體機(jī)械或相關(guān)專業(yè);

2. More than five years of experience in pump design and improvement, with project development related management experience.

五年以上水泵設(shè)計(jì)與改進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有項(xiàng)目研發(fā)相關(guān)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);

3. Proficient in using relevant software.

熟練掌握相關(guān)軟件的使用;

4. Diligent, optimistic, good at communicating with others, and strong teamwork ability.
