≥ 4 years working, basic English reading/writing ability, willing to accept long term travel (≥6
months/Year)

Quality/manufacturing experience on consumer electronic product, audit experience is
preferred
?
Naked eye eyesight > = 4.8
?
No color blindness
Technical Expertise
?
Know quality management system, and quality tools like 8D, CPK, GRR...
?
Professional on process audit or quality system audit is preferred
?
Strong mechanical process or cosmetic/surface finishing knowledge is necessary,
with physical cosmetic inspection experience.
?
Know key parameters/control points of manufacturing processes to better know the cause of
cosmetic/ surface defects.
Soft Skills
?
Strong logical communication skill, speak clear and concise, be proactive and open to
communicate with others
?
Willing to talk to seek better solution, strong ownership to insist right thing
?
Good Excel/PPT ability, can describe issue clearly with key points Service Description
Key deliverables will include:
1) In line Quality Audit
?
Arrange or follow the audit plan
?
Quality Audit: Perform Cosmetic/Color/Gloss/Kappa audit by following released documents
or special requirement including but not limit to DFM, SIP, SOP or others industrial standard.
?
Golden sample verification, Audit training to vendor and FQC bring up
2) Issue/Finding Follow up
?
Communication/negotiation with vendors/cross function team on the issues/findings;
Escalation in case any critical issue happened
?
Drive efficient root cause & corrective actions against the issues/findings, perform on site
verification/validation accordingly
?
Lead critical issue resolving in vendor site
3) Report & Framework of systematic method/solutions
?
Timely meeting/reporting with manager is required, for audit performance rating,
issue/finding updates, Monthly/quarterly/Annual reports etc.
4) Support other works as onsite quality/safety audit rep
