Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任務和職責
■ Be representative to clarify battery product mechanical requirements within project team (understand mechanical design requirements of the battery components and assembly, including the function of each component, technical requirement of components, material and process definition, joining technology, sealing and production requirements etc.).
負責同項目團隊一起澄清電池包機械設計的要求，比如電池包零件及裝配的機械要求，零件的功能定義，零部件技術要求，材料及工藝定義，連接技術，密封和生產要求等。
■ Responsible for component specifications check via assessment of component qualification test result
跟蹤相應零件的測試認證實驗，確保實驗結果滿足零件技術標準要求。
■ Carry out risk analysis based on development and change scope for mechanical design.
根據(jù)機械設計的開發(fā)和變更范圍進行風險分析
■ Checking the issue solving for mechanical topics and support other issue solving in project depends on request.
負責開發(fā)過程中涉及到的技術問題解決。
■ 3D structure data, 2D drawing and PDM creation
制作3D結構數(shù)據(jù)，圖紙及PDM
■ Responsible for release document pre-review
節(jié)點數(shù)據(jù)釋放，準備相應評審文件。
■ Responsible for sample status tracking (component level and pack level)
零部件及系統(tǒng)級樣件驗證，問題追蹤。
■ Support on benchmarking of mechanical parts, including cost, weight, process, function.
電池包機械零件競品分析，包含成本，重量，工藝，功能等比較。
■ Support of the HV battery structural related AWS, Job split negotiation, Supplier TR, LAH preparation.
支持完成電池包機械零件供應商技術評估，發(fā)包文件準備，工作分解詢價工作。
