1，Responsible for the daily maintenance of production equipment and facility

負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備和公共設(shè)施的日常維修；

2， Accomplishment of preventive maintenance and daily inspection work

完成預(yù)防性維護(hù)工作和日常點(diǎn)檢工作；

3，Cooperate the training of the operator, in order to implement autonomous maintenance

配合和指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)操作人員，完成自主維護(hù)；

4，Participate in machine installation and commissioning

參與設(shè)備的安裝調(diào)試工作；

5， Support and take initiatives on failures analyze and optimization of machines

積極參與故障的分析，提供方案建議，優(yōu)化設(shè)備；

6， Support and take initiatives on SHE

積極參與SHE相關(guān)工作；

7， Assist in paper work on daily maintenance works

完成維修相關(guān)的文檔性工作；

二、任職要求：

1. Be able to read electrical drawings and independently modify circuits to meet production line requirements

能看懂電氣圖紙，并能獨(dú)立改造電路，滿足生產(chǎn)線改造需求；

2. Basic knowledge of PLC (ability to modify program independently, Siemens 1000,1200,1500 is preferred)

有PLC 基礎(chǔ)（能夠獨(dú)立修改程序，懂得西門子1000/1200/1500 優(yōu)先）；

3. Experience in robot welding equipment maintenance

有KUKA 機(jī)器人焊接設(shè)備維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

4. Basic mechanical knowledge and can assist production line and team to deal with simple mechanical failure

有一定的機(jī)械知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)，并能協(xié)助生產(chǎn)線和團(tuán)隊(duì)處理簡單機(jī)械故障；

5. Be willing to work overtime and follow leaders' instructions

能接受加班，并服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的安排；

6. Team work spirit, can obey other work assigned by leader

有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，能服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他工作。
