Key responsibilities 主要職責：

1) Strategic Alignment & Performance: Lead the Nanchang SQE team to meet GMO KPIs, align with headquarters' strategies, and efficiently complete tasks.

2) Quality Improvement: Manage quality issues (CCAR, NCR), expedite defective material resolution, implement improvements, and collaborate with Shanghai on supplier matters.

3) Process & Supplier Optimization: Collaborate for process optimization, align strategies, and support supplier quality enhancements.

4) Training & Audits: Conduct quality training aligned with AMEC standards, perform supplier audits, and drive continuous improvement.

5) Supplier Development: Facilitate new supplier integration, coordinate with headquarters, and address quality concerns.

2. IQC Team Oversight

1) Operational Efficiency: Manage daily IQC operations, ensure timely inspections, standardize reporting, and maintain headquarters' standards.

2) Standards Adherence: Provide inspection guidelines and ensure compliance.

3) First Article Inspection: Oversee timely and comprehensive first article inspections.

4) Equipment Maintenance: Ensure IQC equipment is maintained and calibrated per headquarters' procedures.

3. Additional Management Duties

1) Compliance & Audits: Oversee GMO's ISO activities, customer audits, EHS, and ESG compliance with headquarters' policies.

2) Strategic Execution: Fulfill SQM Director's tasks in alignment with headquarters' objectives.

4. Non-Production Procurement Specialist Supervision

1) Attendance & Overtime: Manage daily attendance and appropriately arrange overtime for the non-production procurement specialist.

Key requirement 資歷要求 :

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automation Engineering. Knowledge of vacuum systems is a plus.

2. Over 10 years of working experience in the Mechanical, Automation, EE, OEM, or Pan Semiconductor industry.

3. 7+ years of experience in team management.

4. Familiarity with the following items is a plus:

RF generator, Robot, industrial PC, magnetic valve, vacuum pump, EFEM, PLC, PCB/PCBA, Cable, Power supply, inverter, heater, low voltage components/cabinet, AC/High power components/equipment, and related products.

machining and working with Aluminum, Stainless steel, copper, ceramic, Silicon, Quartz parts, and other Non-metal parts in the Semiconductor industry.

Surface treatment processes such as Chemical cleaning, Anodization, Electropolishing, Teflon, and Yttrium oxide.

5. Skilled in using QC tools (SPC, APQP, PPAP, FEMA, MSA, etc.), 8D, Problem-Solving, VDA6.3/6.7, and related tools. Able to independently and promptly analyze and solve problems.

6. Familiarity with IQC measurement equipment and methods is a plus.

7. Familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, TS16949, and Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a plus.

8. Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PPT, SAP, and Power BI or Power Query is a plus.

9. Good written and fluent oral English communication skills.

10. Up to 30% of work time may involve business trips.
