Job Purpose:

• Define the manufacturing process of diverse parts and guide machinist to run own program, to solve issues in the process. 確定各式零件的加工工藝，指導機械師運行程序，解決加工過程中的問題。
• Generate CNC program according to design drawings & models to be ready for CNC production. Set-up BOM for CNC material and work to support the production quickly. 根據(jù)設計圖紙和3D模型編制數(shù)控程序、生成原材料明細表。
• Works closely with Engineering and Manufacturing, as well as with outside resources to develop and advance CNC machining processes. 與設計和制造部門以及外部資源密切合作，開發(fā)和完善加工工藝

Responsibilities/Duties

職責/權限:

1. Formulate program by the software Pro-M /master-cam 熟練運用Pro-M/Master CAM編制數(shù)控程序
2. Support the machine shop with the process and program issue支持MS解決工藝及程序問題
3. Make a backup for programming supervisor during programming supervisor absents. 有能力作為程編主管的后備力量
4. Follow and ownership for programming department guideline 遵循并負責編程部門流程
5. Monitor production processes and the effective use of manpower and equipment 監(jiān)控MS生產(chǎn)工藝流程并有效利用MS人力和設備
6. DFM check, make judgment the manufacturing feasibility with detail design。 DFM檢查， 對設計圖紙的可加工性作出正確判斷。
7. Good teamwork and willingness to accept more responsibilities良好的團隊合作性，愿意接受更多的職責。
8. Support machine shop with different manufacture process in collaboration with PE or ME 對CNC加工以外的工藝，和PE/ME進行良好溝通合作
9. Implement Company Business Plan Objectives within programming team 執(zhí)行編程部門內(nèi)的公司商務計劃目標
10. Implementing efficient, timely and cost-effective solutions to produce the manufacture of complex parts of various geometric dimensions requiring adherence to tight tolerances。實施高效、及時和經(jīng)濟有效的解決方案，以生產(chǎn)各種幾何尺寸的復雜零件，需要嚴格遵守公差要求。
11. Any other tasks assigned by superior or manager 接受主管或經(jīng)理委派的其它工作

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

技術知識，技能及能力:

• College degree or above, major in mechanical is preferred 大專學歷及以上， 機械專業(yè)優(yōu)先
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Mechanics manufacturing/process 4年以上機械行業(yè)工作或工藝經(jīng)驗
• Minimum 2 years programming skills至少2年編程經(jīng)驗
• Abilities: English in written 書面英語
• Be familiar with CAD software like Solidworks/Creo, CAM software like MasterCAM/Pro-M 熟練CAD、CAM軟件，如Solidworks/Creo, MasterCAM/Pro-M
• Knowledge: Know about machining process, surface treatment 了解機加工、表面處理等工藝知識
• Can work under pressure 抗壓能力強
