- 跟蹤并監(jiān)督生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度，確保按期交付。
- 溝通協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)方，預(yù)防和控制生產(chǎn)過程中拖期風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，采取相應(yīng)措施確保按期交付。
- 跟進(jìn)并確保我們的合作伙伴和供應(yīng)商遵守我們的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
- 跟蹤并記錄質(zhì)量差異，并持續(xù)改進(jìn)質(zhì)量。
- 監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo)我們的合作伙伴和供應(yīng)商的焊工/油漆工/組裝和測(cè)試工人。
- 根據(jù)停工待檢點(diǎn)（檢查表）對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)/油漆/部件和設(shè)備進(jìn)行檢查并最終交付。
- 與船級(jí)社檢驗(yàn)員和/或客戶一起進(jìn)行鋼結(jié)構(gòu)/涂裝/測(cè)試/FAT檢查。
- 與我們的工程師密切合作，以開發(fā)質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)流程。
- 就技術(shù)問題向合作伙伴/供應(yīng)商提供生產(chǎn)支持。
- 報(bào)告停工待檢點(diǎn)的檢查記錄。
- 支持調(diào)試團(tuán)隊(duì)和服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)解決與產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的問題。
- 支持預(yù)防或解決質(zhì)量問題，推動(dòng)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量和業(yè)績(jī)的持續(xù)改進(jìn)。
- 根據(jù)質(zhì)量控制計(jì)劃（QCP）對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品/過程監(jiān)督審核。
- 必要時(shí)對(duì)供應(yīng)商和次級(jí)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行技術(shù)評(píng)估和調(diào)查。
- 管理糾正措施決議，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和驗(yàn)證不合格產(chǎn)品的糾正措施/預(yù)防措施的實(shí)施和審計(jì)結(jié)果。
- Follow up and supervise production progress, ensure product delivery on time.
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant parties, prevent and control the risk of product delay during production process, take action to ensure product delivery on time.
- Follow up and look after that our partners and suppliers are following our quality standards.
- Follow up and record quality divergences and work with continuous quality improvements.
- Supervise and guide the welders/painters/assembling and test workers at our partners & suppliers.
- Perform inspection of steel structures/painting/ components and equipment and final delivery according to holding points (checklists).
- Perform steel structures/painting/ test/ FAT inspections together with Class surveyors and/or customers.
- Close co-operation with our engineers in order to develop the quality and production process.
- Production support to our partners/suppliers regarding technical questions.
- Report the inspection record of holding points.
- Support commissioning team and service team for product related questions.
- Support to prevent or resolve quality issues. Drive continuous improvement of supplier’s quality and fulfillment.
- Conduct Product/Process Surveillance Audits with suppliers according to Quality Control Plan (QCP).
- Conduct technical assessment and surveys on suppliers and sub-tiers as necessary.
- Manage Corrective Action Resolution, lead and verify the Corrective action/preventive action implementation for non-conforming products and audit findings.
Job requirement:
- 船舶、機(jī)械、液壓、電氣相關(guān)專業(yè)，大?；蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷
- 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)不限
- 有意愿在機(jī)械制造相關(guān)的質(zhì)量控制、質(zhì)量管理等方面發(fā)展
- 謙虛謹(jǐn)慎，愿意在工作中學(xué)習(xí)
- 優(yōu)秀的人際交往能力
- 英語聽說讀寫熟練
-College degree or above in marine, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical related majors
-Unlimited work experience
-Willing to develop in quality control and quality management related to mechanical manufacturing
-Be modest and prudent and willing to learn from work
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
