Key Objectives
? Drive retail excellence through optimized Visual merchandising display in stores.
? Unleash merchandise fascination and facilitate sales conversion via insight based visual communication.
? Deliver seamless VM execution with qualified deployment and training of VM guidelines/manuals to operation team.
Job Responsibility
1. Store storytelling and merchandise visual merchandising solution design.
- Develop store and merchandise VM solutions for novelty launch and GTM campaigns.
- Design storytelling and create eye-catching VM displays.
- Store POG planning and update via Planogram Builder (software).
- Ensure VM elements align with the LEGO? and LEGOLAND? brand image and marketing objectives.
- Perfect combination of VM with merchandise FAB & experience, facilitating sales conversion.
2. Implementation of VM solutions.
- Develop and maintain VM guidelines and manuals.
- Train and guide store staff on best practices for VM.
- Regularly visit stores weekly to assess the execution of VM.
- Maintain VM standards in all stores.
3. Project management.
- Raise purchase orders for VM materials production and related services.
- Coordinate display materials with suppliers to ensure a quality on time delivery and installation.
- Manage VM budget and resources.
- Ensure VM presence compliance with company safety requirements and regulations.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
4. Cross functional collaboration.
- Closely work with retail operation team to ensure the quality implementation of VM plans.
- Cooperate with Merchandising and 3rd party ops team to optimize VM solution.
- Collaborate with event, fiancé, IT, procurement etc. teams to drive smooth working SOP.
- Humble to suggestions and feedback from cross function teams and stakeholders.
5. Retail marketing related.
- Work with Retail marketing manager on in store communications content development.
- Support Retail marketing manager on GTM Campaign design and execution.
- Promotion GWP ordering and data analysis.
- Other line manager assigned RM related tasks.
6. Health & Safety (please select job relevant description)
Senior Managers are responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Security within their Business units, in line with the Group Policy (HS001). In particular, they must ensure that risk assessments have been carried out and that safe working procedures are in place at all locations within their remits and that all employees under their management are aware of the Group Health, Safety and Security Policy and their obligations under it.
Managers/supervisors are responsible for all aspects of Health, Safety & Security within their team, in line with the Group Policy (HS001). In particular, they must ensure that risk assessments have been carried out, that safe working procedures are in place for all work activities and that all employees in their teams are aware of the Group Health, Safety and Security Policy and their obligations under it. They must ensure that safe working practices are monitored, and that risk assessments and procedures are reviewed regularly. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are investigated appropriately and that where necessary, corrective action is taken to ensure that such incidents are not repeated.
Employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues and guests (where appropriate), in line with the Group Policy (HS001) and the law. In particular, they must ensure that they follow safe working procedures for all work activities that they undertake, and they must not use any tools or equipment for which they have not been trained. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are reported to their line manager and must cooperate with any investigation as appropriate.
Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in VM, Design, or a related field
? At least 5 years of experience in VM.
? Strong project management skills.
? Skilled on Photo shooting & PS based on VM needs.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD, etc.).
? Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
? Results-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
? Creativity and innovative thinking.
? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Candidates with experience in LEGO toys or the retail industry will be preferred.
