Work Scope 工作范圍: 1. Make customer satisfaction 使客戶滿意 2. Make customer equipment running with high reliability保障客戶設(shè)備穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行 3. Solve Emergency Service Call and搶修設(shè)備緊急故障 4. Hardware maintenance schedule Plan 準(zhǔn)備設(shè)備維護(hù)保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃 5. Deliver Hardware maintenance field service, software installation and support, Spare parts sales 執(zhí)行現(xiàn)場硬件維護(hù),軟件安裝和支持,零備件銷售工作 6. Commissioning 從參與設(shè)備調(diào)試到獨(dú)立調(diào)試設(shè)備 7. Equipment Installation 從參與設(shè)備安裝工作到獨(dú)立帶領(lǐng)安裝隊(duì)安裝設(shè)備 8. Presales Support: Configuration, Specification and technical data, Bidding document 售前支持:能夠配置設(shè)備,熟悉產(chǎn)品規(guī)格和技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù),撰寫投標(biāo)文件技術(shù)部分。 9. Technical Document Translation. 技術(shù)文件翻譯 10. Product Launch technical Document 產(chǎn)品發(fā)布技術(shù)文檔撰寫 11. Keep good Communication with HQ support team including weekly meetings with HQ technical center. 與總部技術(shù)同事有良好溝通, 按時(shí)參加總部技術(shù)部周會(huì) 12. Provide relative report on time 及時(shí)提交工作報(bào)告 13. Provide technical support to dealer 向經(jīng)銷商提供技術(shù)支持 14. Other tasks assigned 其他公司指派的工作
