The Project Manager will be mainly responsible to drive all the program launches on time and budget, ensure to achieve all customer and company requirements for (new or changed products) programs including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer satisfaction.

? Provides expert technical leadership in coordinating, project team resource meet project requirement.

? Develops and gains support for program objectives/ deliverables and ensures all resources and groups involved understand customer and BorgWarner demands for successful launch of a program.

? Works with internal and external resources to maintain strong customer relationships with dedication to customer schedules.

? Ensure all the program activity comply with RCP process deliverable and gate review.

? Researches, recommends, and initiates implementation of enhancements to products, processes, programs, and systems.

? Evaluate and manage risk; Assess priorities and critical path to enable successful product launches with available resource.

Job requirements:
任職要求：
? Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar background
工程或類似背景的學(xué)士學(xué)位
? 1-3 years’ experiences in automotive industry ， 2 years’ experiences in project management，Has the ability of product data analysis .
1-3年汽車行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，2年項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),擁有對于產(chǎn)品相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)分析的能力。
? Good at English writing and speaking.
英語口語與讀寫較好
? Must have the awareness of information security protection.
