職位描述

SIC,IGBT逆變器變頻器光伏充電樁電路仿真
1. 完成電路Demo測試驗證工作,輸出測試報告
2. 設(shè)計器件驗證電路和應(yīng)用方案,形成應(yīng)用報告
3. 為客戶導(dǎo)入和應(yīng)用提供技術(shù)支持

任職要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,2年以上工作經(jīng)驗
2. 電氣工程,電子信息,能源動力等專業(yè)背景
3. 具備1-2年電源產(chǎn)品開發(fā)經(jīng)驗,熟悉SiC MOS,IGBT等功率器件及選型
4. 熟練使用示波器,電烙鐵等儀表,具備獨(dú)立測試能力和電路分析能力
5. 熟練使用AD,Ltspice,PLECS等電路軟件
6. 良好的溝通能力,積極主動,能適應(yīng)短期出差
