Job Responsibilities:

1. Formulation and Implementation of Regional Market Plans:

(1) Decompose and formulate sales targets for the region under its jurisdiction based on the market sales situation in the region under its jurisdiction and the company's annual sales plan

(2) Discuss and plan market plans and sales strategies with agents, and supervise and assist in the completion of market plans.

2. Formulation and Implementation of Regional Sales Plans:

(1) Decompose and formulate sales targets for each country under its jurisdiction based on the company's annual sales plan and market situation in the region under its jurisdiction.

(2) Supervise the completion of sales plans, urge agents to complete targets, and adjust plans in a timely manner according to the market.

3. Maintenance of Customer Relationships

(1) According to the needs of the company's business development, establish smooth customer communication channels by organizing and arranging customers from various customer groups in the region under its jurisdiction to visit the company, visit and communicate.

(2) Responsible for visiting important customers in the region.

4. Manage and supervise agents, coordinate relationships between agents, and formulate agent incentive systems.

5. Collect customer feedback information through customer visits and customer complaint information forms, and reflect the information to the company headquarters.

6. Business development, actively expand the company's overseas business through meetings and investment promotion channels, recruit powerful agents, and develop new countries and regional markets.

7. Develop well-known companies in the region under its jurisdiction and handle various sales affairs: such as business negotiations, collaborative technical departments to complete preliminary technical indicators communication and testing, contract signing, contract execution, customer relationship maintenance and after-sales service.

8. Formulate a collection plan and complete it as planned.

9. Resolve customer complaints and handle them properly.

10 Handle the relationship with various departments well, and keep abreast of the latest information and industry trends of products and industries.

11. Complete the performance indicators issued by the general manager

12. Other work assigned by the general manager

13. Make report to the general manager

Qualifications

1. Plant nutrition, marketing or international economics and trade major, college degree or above

2. Experience in overseas distributor development and maintenance

3. Experience in overseas telephone sales, overseas localization sales, and brand overseas companies is preferred

4. Foreign employees and overseas Chinese are preferred.
