1. Comprehensive translation of GB relevant Documents, PS, Process Management related documents from German to English and Chinese, making this information accessible to the stakeholder needs.
2. General and project specific documents will undergo meticulous adaption to ensure alignment with the respective regulatory frameworks and automotive standards in both English and Chinese contexts
3. A focus will be placed on optimizing the translated content for clarity, coherence, and effectiveness in conveying process management concepts.
4. Visualizing discussions and decision-making processes for steering committees, workshops or management meetings to enhance understanding and communication. The Process includes creating both general and project specific slides to cater to various presentation needs.
5. Evaluate, coordinate and implement Process project-specific changes with regard to the technical effects and feasibility on the whole vehicle Process. Coordinate this with all departments involved
6. The tasks are to be carried out taking into account standards and regulations under consideration of economic efficiency and mountability. The processes and system provided for this purpose must be used for the development.
7. Concept processes and creation of a requirement specification (LAH) and technical Manual.
8. Review each relevant Document based on GB Regulation and Process relevance

a. 5 years’ experience in several Process and Vehicle Projects with Overview of various process phases of vehicle development
b. Familiar with the knowledge of the GB Regulations, external and internal VW Brand regulations.
c. Excellent language skills in English/chinese mandatory.
