崗位職責(zé):
1.Assist in the development of the academic achievement management platform, including integration with databases, data import, and the construction of scholar homepages.
2.Be responsible for the collection, review, and statistical analysis of academic achievements and dissertations.
3.Provide user training on the use academic achievement management platform and scholar homepages.
4.Develop standards and regulations for academic achievement management.
5.Participate in the preparation of various types of citation reports.
6.Assist in the maintenance and upgrades of the academic achievement management platform and scholar homepages.
7.Participate in the design of information literacy training content and conduct information literacy training sessions.
1.協(xié)助學(xué)術(shù)成果管理平臺的建設(shè)，包括與學(xué)術(shù)成果元數(shù)據(jù)來源庫的對接、元數(shù)據(jù)的導(dǎo)入、以及學(xué)者主頁的建設(shè)。
2.負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)術(shù)成果和學(xué)位論文的采集、審核、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工作。
3.負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)術(shù)成果管理平臺及學(xué)者主頁的用戶培訓(xùn)。
4.負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)術(shù)成果管理的規(guī)范制度建設(shè)。
5.參與制作各類型論文收錄引用報(bào)告。
6.協(xié)助學(xué)術(shù)成果管理平臺和學(xué)者主頁的運(yùn)維及升級。
7.參與信息素養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的設(shè)計(jì)，開展信息素養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)工作。
