Job Title: Strategic Planning Specialist _ APAC Base Location: Liyang, Jiangsu Province, China Dept: Strategic Planning Reporting to: Strategic Planning Director Job Responsibilities: 1.Lead new market/vertical research 2.Closely work with Marketing/Offering/Sales to monitoring key competitors new offerings/ pricing strategy, collect market intelligence and generate insight 3.Prepare business reporting for internal business reviews 4.Lead internal communications to identify new business growth opportunity 5.Conducts analysis of customer research, market conditions and competitor information; drive to conclusions and actionable recommendations for the business 6.Establish monthly and quarterly tracking system to monitor the tangible results of the STRAP and make corrective actions 7.Establishes/maintains a project management framework in line with strategic objectives. Qualification & Skills Required ? Strong business acumen ? University degree in Management / Engineering / Science / Chemistry, MBA preferable ? Must have a combination of project management skills, product development expertise and technology knowledge ? Preferable years of total Experience: 4+ expertise in B2B project management, 3+ expertise in BD or Technical-Sale ? Proficiency using project management software to schedule and document project activities ? Business fluent in English and Mandarin ? Ability to understand innovative technologies, companies and markets and the associated technological, market, legal and financial risks ? Relevant transaction experience, experience in the analysis and valuation of financial and businesses models ? Entrepreneurial behavior, sense of initiative and problem-solving approach ? Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and interests ? Strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills ? Excellent team spirit and collaboration skills ?
