客服英語(yǔ)訂單

崗位職責(zé):

1. Work with RBM to maintain setup at EC platform including list volume/price, price, customer Tier and discount.
協(xié)助在電商平臺(tái)上維護(hù)掛牌價(jià)格/數(shù)量,基準(zhǔn)價(jià),客戶分級(jí)以及相應(yīng)折扣。
2. Assist sales team to finish order creation process for dedicated customers, including order creation in EC, getting approval, sending contract to customers and upload to EC, delivery note, baisse clause process, billing process, delivery status.
協(xié)助銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)完成指定客戶的訂單流程,包括電商平臺(tái)訂單創(chuàng)建,取得審批,發(fā)送合同給客戶簽章并上傳電商平臺(tái),結(jié)算變價(jià),協(xié)助開(kāi)票, 發(fā)貨情況等。
3. Assist sales team to communicate with customer after sales, e.g. NCM, goods damage, return, overdue etc.
協(xié)助銷(xiāo)售團(tuán)隊(duì)完成售后溝通,比如客戶投訴,貨損,退貨,逾期付款等。
4. Maintain a good quality of master data to ensure a good track of sales per spray/tank, sales results per area and customers.
維護(hù)客戶主數(shù)據(jù)以保證良好地追蹤每套設(shè)備和大儲(chǔ)罐地銷(xiāo)量,以及各大區(qū)和客戶地銷(xiāo)售情況。



任職要求:

1. Bachler above
本科及以上
2. More than 2 years' working experience in SCM
2年以上供應(yīng)鏈工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. Systematic thinking
思維邏輯清晰
4. Strong communication and coordination skill
良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)技巧
