The Role.

The Position of treasury & financing analyst, located in Beijing with the focus on driving, developing and supporting the operational excellence and level upgrade of financing service of Innomotics Finance and Treasury in China area.

1. Cash management

• Short-term cash?ow forecast and Liquidity Planning preparation& deviation analysis
• Deposit arrangement with external banks; improving interest yield to ensure e?cient utilization of surplus cash
• Domestic cash pooling, Cross border cash pooling setup and its daily operating, daily balance maintenance
• Outgoing payments monitoring and reporting

2. Corporate finance

• Funding activities via cash pooling, intercompany loan, external bank, shareholder loan taking into consideration of capital cost and ?nancing structure
• Sales and Supply Chain Finance: Support team leader to develop and manage relations with leasing companies and such service providers in aid of core operations
• Managing Bank Acceptance Draft, Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credit, Credit Certi?cate and report monthly

3. Bank relationship management

• Monitor the service quality provided and prices charged for bank services and take corrective action in the event of breaches

4. Risk management

• Foreign currency exposure calculation based on cash?ow forecast
• Dealing with FX Hedging activities based on global treasury policy, preparing monthly MTM report, regular hedging e?ectiveness analysis

5. Support team leader with other topics e.g.

• Insurance Program
• Shareholder Controlling topics e.g. capital injection, dividend payment to increase capital for China entities
• Streamline process and provide knowledge training as governance role
• Support in the implementation of new Treasury Management System

Your Profile.

• Bachelor or above degree in finance, accounting, or relevant majors
• 4-7 years working experience in either business development, business analytics, business operation, bank/leasing marketing, financial analysis, etc. Hybrid experience is strongly preferred. Similar role in other industry players or financial institution is preferred
• Fast learner, both talent of excellent communicator and data manager
• Fluent English in speaking, reading, and writing
• Pro-active, self-motivated and ability to work within a dynamic and cross functional environment
• Be able to work under pressure
