An international fast fashion company is looking for a professional and responsible Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse operations within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, logistics, and inventory control, the ability to work under pressure, and a high level of dedication.

Basic English speaking and writing skills are required to communicate effectively with international teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, organize, and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.

· Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

· Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, creating a safe working environment.

· Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team.

· Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.

· Coordinate with supply chain teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

· Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

· Handle reporting and budgeting for warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in an international or multi-lingual environment.

· Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies.

· Basic English speaking and writing skills.

· Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

· Excellent understanding of Excel.

· Ability to work in a team.

· Ability to work under pressure.

任職資格：
